Rakt på sak – alla tre knölarna var godartade! :D Sååå underbart! Därtill så har stygnen äntligen rykt; hade en tid inbokad för att plocka bort dem idag, men tänkte att det skulle vara skönt för Fröken Svårhanterad att slippa ett till veterinärbesök, så igår gjorde jag ett försök att ta bort dem själv. Och det gick så fint så! Inte ett morr hördes från Aska medan jag klippte bort hela 32 stygn. :) Gillar förresten bilden ovan där man kan se hur slank Aska faktiskt är (trots att huden är lite “sladdrig” på magen efter juverdelarna som opererats bort) – sett från andra sidan gör ju magpälsen att hon ser riktigt rund ut.

Straight to the point – all three cysts were benign! :D It’s SUCH a relief! And as a bonus, the stitches are finally gone; I had an appointment to remove them today, but last night I figured that it would be nice for Miss Difficult to Handle not to have to go to the vets again. So, I attempted to remove them myself, and she was such a good girl! She lay completely still and did not growl even once as I removed all 32 (!) stitches. :) By the way, I like the photo above, because it shows how slim Aska actually is (although she has some excess skin on her tummy where the mammary glands have been removed) – seen from the other side, her coat makes her look rather round.
